I need to know if this device will work with AT&T 4g or 4g LTE please help

From my understanding ATT uses 700/1700/2100 for lte

but i have also read that it uses a paired 1700/2100 up and downlink system

this phone listed below has a 1700 and a 2100

here are the frequencies the phone uses
"
2G GSM : 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and/or
3G : 850 (B5) / 900 (B8) / 1700 (B4) / 1900 (B1) / 2100 (B1) and/or
4G LTE : 800 (B20) / 900 (B8) / 1800 (B3) / 2100 (B1) / 2600 (B7)
IMPORTANT : PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR NETWORK PROVIDER THE COMPATIBILITY BEFORE YOU BUY "

I have found information on a forum that talks about similar situation
"Just to clarify, Band 4 LTE in the U.S. uses 2100 MHz on the downlink paired with 1700 MHz on the uplink. AT&T does not use 2100 MHz (stand alone frequency), 1800 MHz, or 900 MHz in the United States even though U.S. phones show those frequencies in the specs. That is a GSM standard (world phone)

I have called tech support and she I recieved a shaky answer that it "should work"

The MicroCell will work with any branded AT&T phone made for U.S. domestic use. At present, it can only connect at 2G/3G bandwidth. It will not connect at 4G/LTE but will fall back to 3G provided the phone has a smooth transition for that. What phone are you looking at? If it is a phone not made for the U.S market, there are other issues (IMSI) besides bandwidth that will not allow it to connect via AT&T's VoIP network (MicroCell). AT&T's mobility network for the MicroCell is slightly different than the rest of the mobility network because of the protocols that the MicroCell uses to connect.

the phone I am reffering to is the "ascend P7" I believe it is intended for North america as well

I will only be using it domestically with ATT in TEXAS

So if i understand correctly, it will NOT connect to any 4g signal with att but will connect to the 3g signal

this is the problem i'm having now with my current "Blu Life Pure" phone which is only the 1900 frequency

Can you further explain why it will not work, i'm just having a hard time wrapping my head around this even though the connection shows the same bands ( to my knowledge )

I also do not have knowledge to what a "microcell is"
