I would like to receive the MEP code for the AC797S model.

Hello. I'd like to use a USIM for a non-US carrier, can I check the MEP code of the AC797S device I have?
On the confirmation page of the address below, an error occurs like the image file and does not proceed to the next step.

However, for unknown reasons, I cannot sign in on the 'contact us' page of the ATT website.
Can I get the MEP code corresponding to the IMEI of AC797S in my personal email?
