iPhone Can't Connect to Server

I've been having trouble through the last weekend with my phone not being able to connect to a server. I get in my car and connect my phone to Apple CarPlay and the second that my phone disconnects from Wifi, it says that it is unable to connect to a server. I cannot use maps or receive any notifications or texts. So, my phone only works when I am connected to wifi. The phone is completely upgraded to iOS 17.4.1 and have tried shutting if off more than once and nothing worked. Any advice?

Let's try resetting your network. Please follow the steps below.

 

iPhone: Settings>General>Reset>Reset network setting

Android: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset network settings.
