Mobley is connected - but no internet connection

We recently began using our Mobley.  At first no issue (even though the lights didn't light).  Now I connect to the wifi but no internet connection.  We are currently located in San Antonio Texas and appears we should have good At&t coverage.

Hi @TriciaBradley

 

Let's try a basic reset. Hold the Reset Key until the LED 1 indicator turns red. Please let us know if this helps; if not, we can proceed from there.

Yes. We have recently purchased a ZTE Mobley hot spot. We can connect but no internet access.

I have reset it a few times. After resetting it appears it's connected. But right after launching an email or browser window the '!' appears and we no longer have internet access.
