Moxee Mobile Hotspot UI and Unlocking trouble

I would like to unlock my Moxee LTE mobile hotspot but it says it's not in AT&T's System although it's an AT&T Device


Recap
1 - The UI cannot be reset with the button and I'm told AT&T blocked it/can unblock it (From KonnectOne)

2 - I need it unlocked - and it's not in the system it is a AT&T Device

Has it been used and registered on AT&T? If it hasn't, that might explain why it's not in AT&T system when you request it be unlocked. 

If you are a customer , calling is the way. 

If you are no longer a customer, you may have to file a better Business bureau complaint which is forwarded to upper management and someone will contact you.

@formerlyknownas  I bought it off of ebay. I believe it has been used before, but I don't know for 100%. Is there any way I can tell if it has been used? I also won't be able to change the APN if I can't access the UI. Thanks
