My go phone account was stolen and you'll ignored me

In 2014 i had a go phone account and my ex husband and sister took my sim out and cancelled my services i got it back i called you and made a report and my information on that phone they used and they stole my identity theft so because of youll i have been having trouble getting internet services and there services in my information i never had

Go phone services have no credit infomation on the account, so they didn’t get it from ATT

I got it om an AT&T

store in city i lived and they got my information Ifiled a police report on identity theft

Second post as muddy as the first...

This is NOT ATT.  It’s a public, customer populated forum.  

If you lost a device without a screen lock, without wiping it, or let someone have access to a device with your personal information on it, that it entirely a USER issue.  No carrier can secure device content, only the device OWNER can do that.  

All smartphones have “lost mode” which can lock, locate or erase it.  This is a user function, not a carrier service.
