My number is about to disappear!

I need to login to my account and turn on auto-pay so that my number doesn't disappear! 

But everytime I try to login it says it can't recognize it. So i tried to do the "forgot my ID" "forgot my password" stuff but none of the worked.

Apparently my name, phone number, email doesn't not exist in 'their records'. I'm getting really frustrated because I don't want to lose my phone number. Please help asap.

If you are currently outside of the US, that is probably the reason. Logging into your account from outside the US is blocked from most places. You need to call to refill your account or reenable autopay. If you are in the US, that likely means you are too late and your account has been closed.
