Numbersync error:200: on galaxy tab e

I just recently got a galaxy tab e, and I keep getting an error message on the E911 setup. I have read other forums on this and tried all suggestions (e.g. setting up messages, making sure WiFi has a good connection, tried using data instead of WiFi, restarted tablet, etc.) Please help me solve this!

The ability to utilize Numbersync is definitely a helpful feature! I can certainly assist you further on this problem now.

 

This is excellent you have searched other forums posts before reaching out. We intend to help as many people as possible with one post. Based on the steps you have already taken, I would like to stress a very important step for any Numbersync setup. In order to properly setup the tablet to your phone, you must ensure you are using the correct Access ID.

 

The Access ID must have been directly linked to your primary phone number which you wish to use with your tablet. To create yours today, please click here.

 

I would also suggest checking your home address linked to your account, this may be preventing the E911 from setting up properly. When you attempt a fresh connection with Numbersync, ensure to restart both the tablet and phone.
