Overwhelmed by Spam Text Messages on my cellphone

For many years I have been seeing and receiving an increasing number of spam text messages. This has gone from a few per week to about 1-2 per day in the past several months. However, in the past 48 hours I have been receiving over 20 spam texts per day. This is impacting my ability to use my phone efficiently, which I rely on heavily as a Physician. I have followed the AT&T troubleshooting guides including reporting all Spam Messages to text number "SPAM", additionally "Reporting" and deleting all messages, utiliizing Active Armor and having our numbers on the do not call list. None of the above measures has had any effect on reducing the total number of Spam Text Messages. Most of this seem to be AI generated often from new telephone numbers each time thus blocking numbers does absolutely nothing. There must be an effective solution that the carrier can provide, otherwise I feel like we will be left trying a different carrier and hoping this helps. I can be reached at email [email scrubbed].
