When I check for software updates on my 2013 Pantech P9090 it says I am up to date. But the information doesn't match what I found at https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/wireless/KB421245 for an update released in Nov 2015:

The webpage says to verify that I have this:

Am I up-to-date or not?
