Phone goes right to voice mail
I have AT&T apple phone when I try and call my mom who has Verizon jitterbug it goes right to her voice mail and I can’t get through. It just started happening a month ago. We have tried turning it off and on and even deleted me in her contacts. Any suggestions

This would be a problem on her end, not on AT&T's end. Jitterbug is great call, her phone would be somehow blocking or filtering your phone number.
Is it only your phone number that goes to voicemail?
Removing your contact and your phone number from her contact list is more likely to send your calls to voicemail, definitely not less.
If she's on great call, does great call have Verizon's call filter automatically on all of its lines?
