1) Please do not post personal information, such as an IMEI number on this public forum.
2) AT&T is not going to make any changes to someone else's account on your say so. This includes removing an IMEI number from it.
3) If you have recently purchased this phone from a third party, and it is not working as represented by the seller, return the phone and get your money back.
