Return

I purchased 2 new phones a few weeks ago. At that time, I purchased 2 cases and a screen protector. The first set of phones that were delivered were stolen upon alleged delivery and we had to order new ones. I went in yesterday and today to try to return/exchange one of the cases and the screen protector. The case was not what my dad needed and the screen protector was for an IPhone 15, not 14. The return policy on the back of the receipt is not clear cut about 14 days. It states 14-30 days depending on customer and circumstances that are not defined. The sales person went and spoke to the manager who offered zero help and the sales person came back to tell me that I could not return or exchange because it had been over 14 days. When I asked about the screen protector (which they took off the shelf and sold to me for the wrong phone), he told me that it would “fit”, there would just me holes in the wrong spots.🤔 He asked if I wanted to talk to the manager to which I said no, because he already had every opportunity to try to resolve my issue and clearly could care less. I’m just trying to see if there’s any way that I can just exchange the items at this point. AT&T should do better with their customer service.

What's the specific wording on the receipt? Everywhere I looked it very clearly states the return period is 14 days.

It states….Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 or 30 days after purchase as applicable depending on customer type and purchase.

@Djsuber  Where did you attempt to return the cases and screen protector? Was it at the place of purchase?

Yes, it’s a corporate owned AT&T store.

And you confirmed that by asking inside? It should also be listed on the receipt if it is an Authorized Retail Store.
