Tech support runaround

LG is my mobile phone manufacturer. When I contacted AT T tech support to lengthen the ring time before voicemail activates, so that I have more time to take the call, I was told to call LG directly for help. When I did so, their tech support told me that's an issue for AT T, and I was referred back to them. Now what?

This is something that AT&T needs to adjust. It can be extended to up to 30 seconds, I believe the default is 15 seconds. You can send us a private message by using the link below, just click on ATTCustomerCare to create a new message. Please include your full name, phone number, account number and the best time you can be reached.
