Text Messages Not Going Through to AT&T Customers

Is it possible your organization has been labeled spam?

I don’t believe so. It’s possible my # is spam. I do a lot of cold calls (I’m in recruiting). My calls to ATT customers go through, just not my texts. They say “rejected”.. even to clients I’ve contacted and texted before. 
I submitted my number through Hiya to also make sure I wasn’t spam, and my number was verified.

Some possible reasons include:
 

SMS blocking service: If you have turned on SMS blocking service, it could be preventing your messages from being delivered.
 

Spam list: If you are sending an SMS to a number that is on your device’s spam list, your messages may not be delivered.
 

Third-party messaging app: If you are using a third party messaging app that is causing conflict with the phone’s default Messages app, it could be preventing your messages from being delivered.

Another suggestion that we recommend would be to contact T-Mobile customer service to check if all the settings are right.
