unlock ipad from ATT
I requested that my ipad be unlocked. The ATT site said Ooops there was an error.
Later I received an email saying unlock was approved - follow directions - which were
"Your unlock instructions: ${masterData.unlockInstruction}"
Please help.

Well it seems rather unlikely since iPads are not locked.
However if you want to use the ESIM and you purchased an activated the iPad from AT&T, you will have to ask AT&T for the carrier reveal program in order to be able to use the ESIM with another service provider
