Unlocking an AT&T Device issue

Morning, 

I am going through the unlock process with a galaxy s4 active that I got when I was with At&t. My request was approved and the unlock code and instructions email was sent to me. Problem is that the Unlock code was blank. I even used my IMEI and request code to check the status through at&t and through the web page it was blank as well. Any ideas?

I completely understand the importance of having your device unlocked as soon as possible. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive an unlock code with your request. Don’t worry though; I’ll be happy to assist you in getting this taken care of!
