Unlocking Galaxy S7 Edge
Hello,
I just used the AT&T website to get an unlock code for my Galaxy S7 Edge. I put my new sim card in, powered up the phone and entered the unlock code. It said unlock successful, but then shortly after, says phone not allowed MM#6. I've tried pulling the sim card out and back in and restarting the phone several times.

obviously, the unlock request was approved and i was given an unlock code. i dont understand why this phone would be blacklisted, it was paid off when it was in service with at&t and was given to me by a family member.
