Why is my Mobley so slow???

Why is my Mobley speed so slow? I use WeBoost & get 5 bars (-79dBm). But, when I do a Speedtest, my ping is around 70ms, 8.45Mbps down, and 7.3Mbps up. All of my devices get poor speed. I just got the Mobley & have only used 1GB of data. I turned off stream saver.

@b0143rrh I don't think it supports carrier aggregation, which affects speed.

You mention all your devices are slow and then you complain it is slow, do you mean anything you connect to it is slow?

It's not my fastest device, but it depends where I am.

@garylapointe                               I run speedtest on all of my connected phones and laptops & they are all slow. I know that Mobley doesn't support carrier aggregation, but the specs claim you should get at least 10Mbps, and I've seen others get speeds of 30-60Mbps.

I'm confused, are you expecting the Mobley to be faster than your phones? It's definitely my slowest device.

You have a spec sheet with a MINIMUM speed listed on it? I'd love to see that!

I'm quite happy when it's faster than 7Mbps (it's often less). If it's I'm at 15Mbps I'm super happy. To get much more I could drive for a while and/or moving it in 10 degree increments to get a better speed.

I ran a bunch of speed tests from Tenn. to Michigan last month (40+) over a 12 hour period and only about 10 broke 10Mbps (3 were 15-16Mbps and 1 was at 23Mbps). Just a sampling of different towers in different locations.
