ZTE blade spark

Is there any way to access the pull down quick settings from the lock screen? All my other phones were able to do this without a problem. I'm using this until my S8 Plus is back from repair and it's driving me crazy! You don't realize how much you miss the little things (led notifications, pull down quick settings, back button on the wrong side) until they aren't there anymore.
