2 LG G5 H820, one is Nougat the other is Marshmallow
I have two phones that are the exact same, the LG G5 H820. My husband's phone is updated to Nougat, but mine refuses to update and say it's up to date for the 6.0.1 version. Obviously, that's not true. They're both AT&T phones. Mine crashes and freezes a lot, so I'm sending it back as defective. I will get a replacement with the same 6.0.1 software, but I want to know how to update it to Nougat.
