AT&T lost my trade in device
I traded in 2 Iphones 11 pro max 256GB back in September 2023. I am only receiving discounts for one trade in device. I have been back and forth with AT&T and no one seems to be able to help. They have started and completed 2 cases for me which always have the same result that they didn't find anything returned to the warehouse. I have a USPS tracking number that was provided by ATT and shows it was sent. I have been dealing with this issue long enough (5 months??) and will have to resort to filing with the better business bureau if no one can solve my issue.

File that BBB complaint. All At&T is going to come back with is telling you to contact them, which you’ve already done.
