Att mobile security application problems

Call log stopping app and I can't tell any numbers that may have been flagged. I have no visible settings and apps just restarting. I don't believe that it is working! Should be free as I had thier protection and got hacked through them! I do not have att cloud on to save memory but it has been working before 3days ago! I have done every suggestion and reset online. If you have this problem please respond to me as I feel stupid that I can't fix thier mess of an app!?
