ATT Torture - Cannot Upgrade - Over 7 hours of Misery

Now up to 8 hours and 45 minutes.  The last magaer said go to a corporate store location, they can help.  I called the store, they were like WHAT?  We can't help.

NOW UP TO OVER 9 HOURS, and 22 Reps.  This is absolutely CRAZY!

I was TOLD I get 5 Samsung Galaxy S5's free on a two year plan, with a mobile share plan of 30GB at $130/mon.

NOW I AM TOLD BY THE 23RD AT&T REP THAT EACH PHONE IS ALSO $40 PER MONTH FOR AN ADDITIONAL $200????

You are trying to buy a phone ATT no longer carries in sub sta tail quantity - leftovers.

The phone is 1 1/2 years old and if they run out, they run out.

Either pick another phone or shop elsewhere.

If want the Samsung S5 then pick up a couple on eBay for $250 each.

Hold the phone.   You are going to pay $600 for 2 year contracts on 5 phones that sell retail for less than half?

You should have come here first.  Your data plan means a $25 discount off line fee IF YOU ARE OUT OF CONTRACT.   Even on ATT site the phone is $500.  But you are going to pay $600

Cancel all the phone orders, you can do so, since you don't have them shipped yet.

Go any where else, and buy the S5 at retail.  

Take the 5 phones to ATT for free SIM cards when they arrive.

Your line fee would then be only $15 on each phone, plus the $130 for data.

You are wrong.  If I try to add a new line, there they are.

What do you mean add a line?   Don't you already have ATT service?

You do not have it right.  The data plan is $130/mon. Phones were free with a 2 year contract

You totally don't understand the Mobile share value plan.  The phones have never been free.

You know the line fee you now pay for each dumb phone?  Well the line fee for smartphones if you buy with a contract is $40

if you do not use the 2 year contract, your line fee is only $15

Someone before said my two of five phones could not get the Samsung for free because they were out of stock.  If I try to add a new line, the phones are there.
