Att trade is scam

Att trade in service is a fraud

Att trade in service is a fraud. They estimated my iphone 13 was $700. But after sent in, and waiting for a 2 billing cycles, they credit me back $210. I am not agree with that and request for my trade in phone back but they stated that I have passed 14 days of return and as and online agent, they don’t have access to resolve. It is a scam. Please dont do trade in option because you will lose your phone value big time. I am a long time customer with att, and I promise to cancel because they are robber, they robbed my phone easily because I trusted them and sent my phone to them.

You were credited the "market value" for the phone which means either you weren't on an eligible unlimited plan or the promotion wasn't correctly applied during processing. What plan are you on?

Not a scam, and I agree with the above post. If you were credited market value only you were likely not on an eligible and required unlimited data plan
