Keyboard on iPhone 15 pro max is horrible. Customer service does not care. I want to exchange my device

You had 14 days to return the phone. Is it past 14 days? If so, then you’re stuck with the phone. If not, then return the phone. Not surprising that AT&T CS doesn’t have much to say. They didn’t make the phone and can’t do anything about the keyboard. If the keyboard doesn’t work, take it to Apple for troubleshooting and repair under warranty. If you just don’t like the keyboard, look at alternate keyboards.

Thanks for the reply. I was frustrated when I made this post because I kept waiting on hold and getting disconnected. I talked to a couple customer service reps who were not willing to help me. I finally got a hold of a customer service manager and he helped me with no problem. He wasn’t sure why the other customer service representatives didn’t just put in for an exchange. There is a problem with the iPhone 15 pro max keyboard sensitivity.
