Can I do a NEXT upgrade with a damaged phone?
Hello. I recently water damaged my phone. I am eligible for a upgrade but will At&t take the water damaged phone as a trade in to get another? This is urgent and I need to have a phone before tomorrow. The phone cuts on and off with no problem but the screen is totally blacked out.

AT&T will not take a damaged phone for a trade. If you are only eligible for a trade upgrade through NEXT, you will have to pay off your NEXT to upgrade.
If you are eligible for an upgrade, you do not need to trade in your phone for a new one.
