Can I trade in my Note 4 on AT&T Next and buy a Note 5 outright for $740?
I have a Note 4 right now on AT&T Next 24. I am planning on buying a Note 5 in the next few months at full price from AT&T. While doing that I will trade in my Note 4 and get a new sim card to fit into the Note 5 still using the same plan that I used on my Note 4. Am I allowed to do this or will it not work out because I will still be paying for the Note 4 while owning the Note 5 every month?

Next requires minimum payments before you can trade in, otherwise you have to pay off the entire existing contract. Check your online account to see if you are eligible to upgrade.
The note 4 MUST be in excellent working condition to trade in. ANY physical damage, defect in function, water damage will mean you will not be allowed to trade in the phone.
