Complaint for AT&T regarding ordering a new phone online.

I hope someone who works for AT&T will see this. I couldn't find another place to file a complaint:

I recently tried to order a new phone from your website. Everything went fine at first, but at the end of the process I was informed that I would need to provide a photo ID to prove my identity. For starters, I don’t know why this is necessary. Unless, it is some type of government regulation, it seems excessive. The bigger issue is that the link you sent me that I was to use to submit my ID DID NOT WORK. Because of the fact that the link YOU provided did not work, my order was cancelled. I went to a store before my order was cancelled for help, but they were not able to help me. In fact, they told me that the link NEVER works. They told me to come back once my order was cancelled and buy a phone in the store. Why does your company offer the ability to purchase online, if your online system does not work? It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am not the type to usually complain, but this just seems absurd to me. I have been an AT&T customer since my first cell phone. This is the type of situation that could cause me to consider switching to a different service provider.
