Do I have to transfer my pictures and videos to a new phone?
I want to upgrade my phone, but I take alot of pictures and videos. I usually run out of storage. I did purchase Google 1 for more storage on my Samsung Galaxy a71 5g. How do I keep my phone number and transfer my contacts to new phone?

If you're using Google One to back up your photos and video, you don't need to transfer them to the new phone they're already backed up. Once you sign into your Google account you love access to your Google One account and all of that information in the cloud instead of on the phone.
