I’d be happy to help with your device trade-in! For a device to be eligible for trade-in, it must be in good working and physical condition. This Good working condition is determined based on the following questions:
Does the smartphone power on and off?
Is the LCD intact, free of any chips or cracks, and functioning correctly?
Is anything else on the smartphone broken or cracked? Including housing, keypad, hinge, or battery door?
Is the battery missing?
If in doubt, I would recommend bringing the device by your nearest AT&T company store where we can help identify anything which may cause the device to be ineligible for trade-in.
It depends on the deal being offered and condition is subjective to the grader. If you have questions on a specific promotion, etc., please open a new thread instead of camping one that had been dead for 9 years.
