I need my old hone number back

Help! My phone number was deactivated without my knowing. Is there a way to have it reassigned to me?

Why was it deactivated? Service suspended for non payment? On someone else’s account and the account owner canceled your service? Whether you can get your number back depends on why it was suspended and how long it’s been gone. Regardless, you’ll have to contact AT&T.
