LG K10 and LG K20 -- Can't upgrade the Operating System?
I have an LG K10 and LG K20 -- both are "stuck" on Android Version 7.0 -- can I upgrade these phones? (I need Version 10 or higher)
or are these phones too old, and that is why I can't get any new update?

The K10 is way to old and K20 is on 8.0 Those old prepaid phones are not going any higher than that. LG is the worst about updating cheap prepaid phones.
