Pay deductable for lost iPhone or just pay off plan and upgrade?
I lost my phone and have 6 months of payments left ($108) I can pay my deductable of $280 for Asurion and then will give me a iPhone 12 or I can pay off my phone and upgrade to the iPhone 14 for the new plan at $5.99/mo. What is the best choice?

I definitely would just pay off the old phone and upgrade. Those deals that don't require a trade-in disappear quickly.
