Phone Plan and Upgrade

Hello, im a new customer and am working online to get a new phone plan, trade in my old phone, and pickup a new one. When i go to store location it says the device is ready within 2 hours. However when i go to checkout it says i can only have it delivered and "store pickup is not available". Is there a fix to this? I am going out of town and will not be here when its delivered and was hoping i could pick it up today.

You’ll have to talk to the individual store.  Just walk in , and I’m sure they will be

happy to sell you a phone right there  and then.

The likely reason for store pickup not being available, is they don't have a corporate store near you, or that phone is not available in stores and can only be purchased online (been there)

As long as you are familiar with AT&t's costs, promotions etc you can purchase a phone and upgrade other places other than AT&T directly. Like Best buy.
