QUESTION ABOUT MY RECENT ORDER

I received an email today that asked how I was feeling about my new iPhone 15 pro max, but I never received it. I attempted to place an order online for a new line with a new phone and was canceled after placing.

What exactly is the question?  Are you asking why you got an email asking how you like your new phone, even though your order was canceled?  Likely because ordering a phone probably triggers an automatic satisfaction email after a certain period of time that isn’t tied to whether you actually got the phone or not.  Or are you asking whether your order was really cancelled?  If they didn’t take your money, or they returned your money, your order was cancelled.
