return label for next up
I received one label with my new phone returning to Pitney Bowes returns in Irving Texas.
Is that label to return my next up old phone? (that I'm using for a trade in)

Next up early upgrade and trade in or two entirely different things. Are you participating in a promotional trade-in offer? Or early upgrade?
If you are required to return your phone (in excellent and working condition) as part of an early upgrade it does go back to AT&T in Texas.
Phones for the trade-in promotion go to Assurant Mobile in La Verne Tennessee
