Software update interrupted

I have been having this error for god knows how long... at&t has not helped me at all.. can someone actually help me...

  1. Wipe Cache Partition:

    • Turn off your Samsung device.
    • Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key simultaneously.
    • When the green Android logo appears, release both keys.
    • Use the Volume down key to highlight “wipe cache partition” and press the Side key to select it.
    • Confirm by selecting “yes.”
    • Once complete, choose “Reboot system now.”
  2. Update via Smart Switch:

    • Download and install Smart Switch on your computer from here.
    • Restart your PC to ensure proper installation.
    • Connect your phone to your computer using the provided cable.
    • Look for the “Update” option in Smart Switch.
  3. Visit a Service Center:

    • If the previous steps don’t work, consider visiting a Samsung service center. You can find one near you here.
