Trade in Promotion

I was told after sending back my iPhone 11, but I do have the serial number. I sent it back in the box - for the FedEx shipment that did not require me to sign and they left my package at the door and I?ve had my identity compromised and identity theft and I have not been able to secure my device. I?d like to upgrade my phone, but unfortunately never received the trade-in I?m out for the premium trade-in of $843 for a new service from Costco. I?ve been trying to get this handled my bill supposed to be half as much. I?ve been paying $120 for a plan I was told to be $77 a month. . The FedEx package arrived two hours late as I was getting my kids from school. They did not require a signature. I do have that tracking number my iPhone 14 max Pro IMEI was possibly leaked left at my door. I returned my TracFone, purchased through PayPal Jan 2023, and it was lost in post. The shipping should be insured, and I dropped it off at the postmaster in Cottonwood Heights, and my FedEx for my New iPhone 14 max Pro- should require signature delivery to prevent tampering of my IMEI and my identity with my phone line and accounts.
