When AT&T will release OneUI 6.1 Update for Galaxy S23 Ultra?

Hello,

When AT&T will release OneUI 6.1 Update for Galaxy S23 Ultra?

Firmware was out in March, and until now no update is avaliable.

@moskwen

AT&T actually released it back in March.  Plus several security updates since then, including the latest June 1 security update issued on June 10th.

Who knows why you don't already have it.

Are you actually on AT&T with an active AT&T account?

It's much less common now than it was about 3-4 years ago, but there have been times that AT&T's update servers just get out of sync with your account information, and the update servers can't see you anymore to push the update.

When that happens, the only option you have is to try updating the firmware yourself. It's not something we can usually get into on this forum (although with this forum shutting down... tomorrow... does it really matter anymore?), but I can suggest looking up (googling) "odin" related to Samsung firmware.  The Sammobile site actually has some AT&T specific firmware available now, where in the past it was like panning for diamonds in the Mississippi River.

Also look up in the android central forums about loading Samsung firmware. There's actually an active thread right now with someone trying to load AT&T firmware on an AT&T S20 that could be relevant. Look for member "mustang7757" who knows much about loading firmware onto Samsung phones. Even if you have use an unlocked firmware (for the U1) and not AT&T specific, it's been known to work as AT&T specific settings will auto-load once the device is back on the network.

In the past when AT&T Samsung phones wouldn't update, this has been known to kind of "wake the network up" to properly see the device again.

I can't promise it will work, but just suggest it as an option if all else fails.

Good luck.
