Need access to my application for att access.

I need to view my application to figure out why the lady on the phone can't find that my application was approved. She sees my account but no information about access and I have am email with all of the information.

Account apparently cancelled after having repair appointment set up.

I'm a new ATT Access customer. I received my Wireless Gateway in the mail for a self-install on the 22nd. However, I did not receive any broadband signal (red blinking light on my gateway) after the self-install date and time (2/22 after 2pm). I called customer service and was told to wait until 5pm
