I got the AT&T app today to view my data usage but whenever I try to open it, it says "Yor ID has not been granted access.." How do I fix this?

I can view my wireless info but my internet usage is completely missing from the att app and on the website here online. The Att message app I used on my computers and other cellphone suddenly is giving me an error “hmmm something went wrong try back later “ it’s been 3 days.  Can someone help.

The att app keeps idling when I try to click on the quick links. How can this be fixed? I already uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice already."
