Sucky ATT "policy" = $700 in overcharges
I tried to suspend my ATT iPhone and data service while living abroad but ATTs policy is that customers have to suspend service BEFORE leaving the country, change of service cannot be done from abroad. I was charged over $700 for service I could not suspend. That SUCKS. I could not post this comment
