Between 1:48 and 1:49 p.m. yesterday, I was driving behind an AT&T maintenance vehicle (MO license plate #***, I believe) on Glenstone Avenue in Springfield, MO, heading southbound at 25 mph in a 40 mph zone.  Once we crossed McClernon Street, the lane split in two, and I was able to go around him.
