Suddenly, my internet usage went from under 10GB a day to over 30GB/day. I have not changed anything. How can I figure out where this traffic is coming from through my ARRIS BGW210-700?

BEFORE I get all of the flip (and I believe uninformed) "trust your child" comments I have read in previous posts let me say this:    I trust my kids.  I don't trust other people's kids.    AND   1.  My kids know the phones they use are MINE. 

I have the 1000 Mbit fiber internet package and am trying to find a way - without replacing their router or running another device to pass-through trace the traffic - not to mention the pain that is dealing with the WiFi traffic. AT&T should be able to provide this reporting to us with relative ease
