Why doesn't the Internet work?!

We've had att 18mbps for about 3 months now and it honestly worked great the first month. It has slowly just gone downhill to where we are today: I'm forced to reset my router every day to use ONE device.(roku TV) My husband and I turn off the wifi on our phones and now I'm out of data at this point
