FRAUD - ATT&T UPGRADED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION

I'm on the old U400 plan and spending 185. Any good options for me?

Background:  I've been on U-Verse since May of 2008.  Back then, the package I signed up for was called U-400.  Looking through things, there isn't a package specifically called that anymore.  I assume it was phased out for the U450 package.  I forget when, but we also upgraded to the Max internet p
