If my account gets a military discount am I eligible for the Samsung Galaxy/$800 trade/Free Buds2 Online deal?

Even if your plan total is not $75 because you are receiving 25% off. As long as your base plan is $75, you qualify
You must be on an unlimited data plan.

Make sure you're returning your phone within 30 days. Adding extra cardboard to the bubble pack envelope they send you is a good idea. Make sure your phone is factory reset fully charged up and turned off.

Great. Yeah its the biggest plan they offer... they had to order my phone and ship it to me but it hasn't shipped yet so I don't have to worry about it (just bought it yesterday)

Yes you are eligible to qualify for the trade-in offer even if you are receiving a military discount.
To qualify for our trade-in promotions, you do have to be on an unlimited plan. With this specific offer, it's asking to trade-in any Galaxy device.
@formerlyknownas provided you with great information! Just to add, after you receive your new device, we’ll ship a prepaid mailing kit for your trade-in (kit arrives about 10 business days after your new device).
Use the kit to mail us your trade-in device. We’ll update you on your trade-in status via email and text.
Also, when dropping off your trade-in device, it's always best to get your receipt and hold on to it with your tracking number.
Please keep in mind that trade-in credits can take up to 3 billing cycles before you see it reflect on your account.
