Applied for Military discount

Hi, I've been trying to apply for the active military discount. And I've given my military ID, recent paystub, marriage certificate. I've tried calling att support, noone answers, I need the direct number to those who approve of the military discount because I'm so confused as to why it's not getting accepted?

Documentation must show

  • First and last name
  • Branch of service (main FANs) Foundation Account Number.
  • Current military status

Spouses and surviving spouses must present a paystub less than 90 days old and proof of marriage, such as a marriage certificate.

You must upload a document, and get the approval within 14 days,

You have 14 days to submit proof of eligibility.

You have to submit proof of eligibility when you receive email.

An email with instructions will be sent to you after the transaction is completed.

 

Note: credit applies within 2-3 bill cycles on the wireless bill.

Hi Scarlett, 

Thanks for responding, but the issue os that I've gone on the website, did the process of choosing military branch, current military status, provided all of the documents you've stated, and yet it's still being rejected. 

I've gone to an AT&T branch, but they're unable to help since it goes through a completely different department. 

I've tried getting in touch with a live agent, but it's nearly impossible. Is there someone I could call from that specific department that I could talk to see what exactly I'm missing?

@formerlyknownas I am! I used to be under my mom's family plan, but I recently had gotten married, and my husband has been wanting to transfer over. We are now under our own plan.
