Complaint about a corporate store manager in Wilmington NC

I have been in and out of store 1369 several times over the past week. I am a disabled Vet and have my service dog with me. On 1 visit earlier this week he did bark once when I asked him to sit. Today I went in because I had originally gotten the Samsung S22 Ultra and found out yesterday the S23 Ultra was on pre-order. So I went in today to get it pre-ordered. I was basically done and was just looking at the demo to see if I would need a new case or not, when the store manager (Ryan Bergman) walks out and says can you take him to a corner? He said some of his customers were afraid. But I had already been in the store for 20 minutes or more and just about every customer in the store had either asked to rub my service dog or commented on how beautiful he is. So Ryan was obviously lying. His whole demeanor towards me and my service dog shows no respect or common curiosity. The visit before this he gave me dirty looks and even asked once if it was safe to walk past my service dog. IF he is an example of how AT&T feels about disabled Vets and thier service dogs I will have to swap to Verizon.

Just so you know I was with AT&T for 23 years through all the splits, buy outs and name changes.

I have been unable to get a response from the district manager (Nathan) via email at (Edited to remove personal information).. Store employees would not even give me the store number I had to get the assistant manager on the phone to get it. The assistant manager would not give me the phone number for the district manager or any other contacts I could complain to.

I don't know what store that is, but at least 3 of the 4 AT&T stores in Wilmington and the website says the manager at the corporate store is Casey, so there's a good change Ryan doesn't work for AT&T.

Giving him the benefit of the doubt for a moment, it's possible that HE was afraid of the dog and that was the reason for his behavior. In any case, you had a bad experience, so use one of the other 3 stores next time.
